Then you can apply for eHerkenning here. eHerkenning is therefore also available for foreign organizations, sole proprietorships, partnerships, associations with limited legal capacity and religious communities. This allows you to log in to Mijn Belastingdienst Zakelijk.
Foreign organizations
Legal forms that cannot register with the Chamber of Commerce can also log in to My Business Tax Authorities with eHerkenning: cooperation agreements, European companies (Societas European), European economic partnerships, foreign legal forms, fiscal unities for VAT purposes and mutual funds.

You can apply for eHerkenning without KVK number from 6 suppliers recognized by the central government. Only they may provide eHerkenning. The suppliers of eHerkenning all meet the same requirements, but compete with each other on, among other things, the type of login method and price.
