Met eHerkenning kunt u zich online identificeren en zo vertrouwelijke gegevens veilig uitwisselen met andere organisaties. Het grote gemak is dat u met één inlogmiddel bij meerdere organisaties kunt inloggen. Dat betekent minder wachtwoorden onthouden. Ook kiest u zelf hoe u wilt inloggen. Veilig, makkelijk en betrouwbaar.
U kunt uw inlogmiddel aanvragen bij één van de erkende eHerkenningsleveranciers. Niet alle informatie die u moet uitwisselen hoeft even sterk beveiligd te worden. Een inlogmiddel is daarom beschikbaar op verschillende betrouwbaarheidsniveaus. Kies het niveau dat gevraagd wordt door de organisaties waar u wilt inloggen óf kies een hoger niveau. One way to log in
One login means of eHerkenning allows you to log in to over 400 different organisations, such as Employee Insurance Agency UWV, the Chamber of Commerce and the Tax and Customs Administration. You can also use eHerkenning for municipalities, provinces and waterboards, and for a number of private-sector organisations. You no longer need all sorts of different logins and passwords. eHerkenning also saves you time and money, since you no longer need to deal with matters on paper and you no longer need to visit physical desks.
You choose how you log in
The list of suppliers allows you to choose from six different recognised eHerkenning suppliers and five levels of assurance with the corresponding means for logging in. Would you prefer an additional check by means of an SMS code, in addition to a user name and password? Or would you prefer an additional check by means of a token or app? It is all up to you. This way, you choose how you want to log in. Tip: since level EH3 is increasingly requested when logging in, you would do well to purchase eHerkenning at level EH3.
Obligatory in the future
By adopting the Dutch eGovernment Act (Wet digitale overheid), the Central Public Administration will make the use of eHerkenning obligatory for public-sector organisations. Public- and private-sector organisations also increasingly ask people to log in using eHerkenning. Do you want to use it now? eHerkenning at level EH3 or EH4 already allows you to manage your online affairs with all of the 400+ affiliated organisations.
